Jason started his journey in the healthcare industry after a career in sales. He started in acute care and then transitioned to long term care / skilled nursing in the fall of 2009. From there, while enrolled in an Administrator in Training Program, he successfully completed a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Old Dominion University. In 2016, he became licensed to run skilled nursing facilities in Virginia and in September of 2019 obtained his North Carolina license. Jason leads a diverse group of caring and kind individuals. His daily mantra includes his three B ‘s: Be Accountable – Be Positive – Be Present. This helps to put others first and treat everyone with care and dignity.

Known for her hands-on leadership and calm presence, Felecia leads with kindness and purpose. She believes in building strong, compassionate teams that deliver the level of care every resident deserves. A natural teacher, she finds joy in mentoring new nurses and CNAs and watching them grow in confidence and skill.
Grounded in her deep faith and guided by a commitment to excellence, Felecia strives each day to ensure her residents receive care marked by respect, dignity, and compassion. She was recognized in 2024 in Who’s Who Amongst Nurses for her dedication to the nursing profession.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Tara Allen has worked her way through nearly every facet of the industry from front desk receptionist and Activity Director to Admissions Coordinator and now Admissions & Marketing Director. Her deep understanding of both residents and families allows her to connect with compassion and ensure every individual receives the care and attention they deserve.
