Leadership

“I recognized that I could still provide care and build long term relationships with the residents in long term care. It was a great transition.”

Tiffani Briggs

Social Worker

Tiffani’s heart for long-term care has been shaped over more than two decades of serving residents and families. She began her career as a CNA in long-term care and later worked as a Qualified Mental Health Professional supporting children and adults with mental illness. These experiences taught her the value of stability, trust, and clear communication during moments of transition. For the past four years, she has brought that same dedication to her role as a Social Worker at Berry Hill.
Tiffani holds a bachelor’s degree and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in resident support. In her role, she helps families navigate care decisions, advocates for residents’ needs, and works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure transitions are as smooth as possible. She supports referring partners and families by helping reduce the administrative stress that often comes with changes in care, allowing them to focus on comfort, clarity, and a caring environment.
Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys time with her family as she prepares for the excitement of welcoming her first grandchildren — twins.
